Why be part of the OPHS Marching Band?

• Play at all home football games and some away games.
• Eat dinner with the band every game night
• Perform a set “show” on the field during halftime and promote school spirit by   playing music from the stands
• March in the Manassas Christmas Parade
• Participate in VBODA competition
• Participate in the annual band trip
• Be part of the end of season recognition dinner and slide show
• Attend the end of year picnic

Marching Band season runs September through November with practices after school every day (Tuesday through Friday) from 2:15pm to 4:15pm.  Mondays off.
